I feel like this baby is trying to pull my apart is the best way I can describe it :( She feels like she is so low she is resting on my pubic bone and more than one person in the last few days has commented on the fact she looks lower. It seriously feels like she is in there trying to pry my pelvic bone apart...it hurts to walk, lay down, sit down... I had similar pain with my last but not until the last week or two. I still have 10ish weeks to go :( any ideas how to relieve it a little?? I am 30 weeks today.

Look up "pregnancy SPD" and see if that sounds like what you're experiencing.

I have one I've been using for the last month or so... it seems to have stopped helping :(
