Pregnancy Pregnancy

I am exhausted all the time...

I'm not even 6 weeks pregnant yet and I find myself exhausted by like 1 pm every day. I have a pretty physically demanding job working at a dog daycare and being outside for the majority of the day. This heat is killing me! Am I being dramatic? It's 6:30 pm and I'm ready for bed!

Competely normal. Just rest as much as you can. I hear exercise and eating healthy should help too, but you're probably going to be tired for oh... the next 18 years or so.... yeah.... get used to it I guess :)

The first trimester is killer for exhaustion.  I could barely stay awake.

No fun.

Hopefully in your second trimester, you'll get some energy back.
