Headache?

I've had a ridiculous headache for days that will not go away.  I've tried tylenol, but it doesn't help at all.  Is this something to worry about or should I just let it work itself out?

I would also call your doctor in case it is your blood pressure. My friend had the worst migraines until 20 weeks.

I reduced my caffeine intake when I found out I was pregnant, which was about 2 months ago.  My caffeine intake hasn't changed since then, so I don't think so.

That's a good thought.  I'll check my BP when I get home from work.

Sometimes, caffeine will make a headache go away. Migraine meds actually have it added. Sometimes, I will drink a Coke when my head hurts and it helps. Feel better!

It could be blood pressure, could be part of pregnancy or other things.  I see my chiropractor and then massage therapist of I need it too.

I also like to sit with a cold pack over my eyes and forehead. Also Tylenol can help and sometimes caffeine. For me I am one that caffeine is a trigger and does not help. I hope you feel better soon.
