So i went to the dr.appt wed.morning ... he ask me any contrations .. i said no not steady.. ok are you doing what your supposed to??? Umm walking yes ! And the other things ?? I said what you mean?? ... SEX ! Your suppose to have sex or baby staying longer it helps .. i said here or there he said no wonder! ... i laugh and blame my husband !! You see your fault she still there!!! ... so my HOMEWORK WAS TO WALK AND HAVE SEX HAHA ... CRAZY!!!

Haha thank you ! It wont be soo hard haha but my hubby works double shifts that why it time to time but hey! Dr orders ;)

ROFL! I can't even imagine trying to have sex right b4 I was due. I think I would have fallen off the table in shock if my doc had suggested it!

Having sex helps. Semen help soften the cervix and orgasms can cause contractions. I had sex the night before my water broke with my 2nd at 38 weeks and 6 days. I can't say for sure it helped, but it didn't hinder either.

Yeap the sperm helps to soften your cervix, and the orgasm can cause contractions to help dilate. Sex put me into labor with #2 :)

I have heard that it helps. But when i was ready to deliver, the last thing i wanted was sex
