I had horrible food adversions in my first trimester. All I could eat was toast and raw fruits and vegetables. The adversions went away in my second trimester. Now I'm entering the third and my desire to eat is completely gone. The only thing that sounds good to me is ice cream (which seemed grotesque a few months ago). I'm forcing myself to eat healthy foods but I'm struggling. Is this normal? (fyi: Pre-preggers me and food were the best of friends.) Suggestions?
