Dulcolax. Prune Juice. Warm Tea. Something high in Fiber.  I had that problem last time around and my doctor said take Dulcolax.  It softened me right up after a couple of hours and gave me so much relief.

I have the complete opposite problem... After every meal I gotta run to the bathroom. I'm almost 7weeks, hoping this is just a first trimester issue. :/

I've tried dulcolax and it's not doing the trick. Gonna step it up and do miralax I think.

With my first my dr told me ( just to help soften it) to eat a cup of raisins. I had my baby shortly after so I never had the chance to try it.

Awwww....I'm sorry. I can't stand being even one day constipated. I had a really bad few months with it a few years ago, not because of pregnancy, just because my colon was too streched out. I know sooo much about constipation now because of that and I feel so bad for anyone who has to go through it even a little.

I was having the same problem. Went 2 weeks without a BM. Drink Miralax like 3x a day until you go. After that try to eat at the same time of the day every day and make sure you're eating fiber. Try buying a high fiber cereal and getting some activist yogurt and eat that very Mormon for breakfast. Good luck.
