Real Labor?

I've been having contractions since 11:30pm (now 3:00am) started somewhat sporadic, now they are 3-6 minutes apart. Lasting on average 40 seconds. I've been up walking a little, but I have to sit down, they are REALLY painful when I try to lay down. Even when not contracting, the pressure on my lower belly/pubic area is ridiculous!

I'm 39 weeks, a little more than 3cm, 70% effaced and baby is station 1.

I've had a few big cups of ice water and a few pretzel rods, they are still coming.

I really wish I could last until morning, I feel bad calling someone to come to the house for our 4 year old. Even though we have 3 people who offered, I still feel bad.

Until they start lasting 1 minute for an hour I wouldn't really do anything.

Draw a warm bath and enjoy some relaxation.

No way to tell without a cervical check. Worth getting checked out if you are one who wants to go in for pain medication, if not, I agree with the warm bath and relaxation, maybe some walking to see if it changes things.
