Pregnant Mommy Workouts

I am determined NOT to gain 60lbs like I did with my daughter! I have been told to keep working out at the gym (lightly) and taking my 2 mile walks :)


Do any of you have a pregnancy workout plan?

I really have tried to have a workoud plan... on good days like Yesterday I did my 2 miles walk... But today cramps and sciatic pain are just too painful so I only walked for like 10 minutes if so...plus I have a 17 months old I have to be chasing all day.... Smh

I bought the What to Expect When You Are Expecting exercise video. I think it is great. I don't do it every day..maybe once or twice a week. But I MOSTLY walk and once the weather gets nicer will fit swimming in there. Most of it though I just watch what I eat. The rule that you are eating for 2 is wrong apparently. Yes you should up your calories by like 300-500 but I don't. Some days I might eat tons of calories while others are very little based on how sick I feel.
