Will I Run Out of Colostrum?

My breasts have been leaking colostrum since week 20, and I was wondering if I could potentially run out before the baby gets here? Or do I keep making more and more before she gets here?

You will keep making it until it turns to mature milk.

You will absolutely not run out of colostrum. Your body knows what your baby needs and when. Your hormones will change when baby is born and your body will start to produce milk within a few days. Until then, you will have plenty of colostrum.

Yes you'll have plenty of colostrum until after birth until milk comes in.

You wont run out. Your leaking is just your body making sure and proving its ready to feed your baby. Your body will keep making it until your baby is born and you start producing milk.
