Anyone ever try it? My doctor said I could start taking it at 35 weeks which is now.

EPO is a blood thinner. I would not use it.

1 mom liked this
I used it at 39 weeks if I remember correctly. I inserted it vaginally at night, and it seemed to help soften the cervix for me. I was closed up tight, and by my 40 week appt, my cervix was soft and dilated to 1. Not a big change maybe, but a change.

I did starting 39 weeks. I did one orally for the first 2 days. Then 1 orally and 1 vaginal for 4 days, and it caused me to bleed. I went in for uncontrolable bleeding and was induced because it wouldn't stop, I won't do it again. They even had a hard time getting my uterus to clap after birth.

It's a type of oil that is supposed to help soften the cervix.
