What has your blood pressure been at your last few prenatal apts? Has you Dr shown concerns?

For those of you who have struggled with blood pressure issues during pregnancy, did you have signs that forewarned you?

Mine have been running between 90/50 and 118/60. Today I checked it after eating a VERY salty breakfast, and I started feeling funky. It was 123/54. FREAKED me out. I know its not high compared to most but its high for me :(

Yes, given that it was before 20 weeks and i have a history of pre e with a complete placental abruption at 37 weeks, i was diagnosed with PIH - pregnancy induced hypertension at 17 weeks. I had 3 appts with a bp of 140/80 for her to make a final diagnosis
