I'm 19-20 weeks and my boobs are still sore on and off. I feel like they just grew again though, they hadn't been sore since like week 10 or 12 before recently.

I have never had very sensitive boobs, but this pregnancy have had tenderness here and there. Not bad, but noticable. It wouldn't be constant, but more like a certain way they were touched etc. Anyway its pretty much continued most of the pregnancy. Not sure if it will go away or not! I know for some it does by the 2nd trimester. For some it lasts the entire pregnancy!
