I was just in a accident I was in a all light weight truck and in had just begun raining and went a around a curve and I hydroplaned off the road into a ditch. I was wearing my seat belt and my belly did not hit anything. Should I still go and get checked out? I am feeling fetal movement but feel a little tightness in lower abdomen.

I'd get checked out just in case. You're probably fine, though.

I'd definitely get checked, just to be sure.

I would call my doctor and ask what they wanted me to do. I hope your car is ok!

the tightness in your abdomen is likely stress contractions. I was pinballed across a freeway and hit at 24 weeks, and mine did the same thing. you should get it checked out because in some cases, the tightness can become a pattern and send you into labor. mine didn't, but youre further along and everyones body responds differently.
