I'm slowly going from bloaty squishy belly to hard belly. I'm 11 weeks now. I'm guessing my 14 weeks it will be pretty much firm baby belly.

I think I noticed a change at around 12-14 weeks with my first. But it wasn't till 16 weeks that I actually started showing a bit and started taking pics.

I'm on baby #4 and have never had a hard belly. It's always been soft. My belly button is always an Inny as well. So it's possible you may never get that hard "pregnant" belly

Still waiting for my lower belly to firm up. Right now my "bump" is way high up and my lower belly is still squishy. It looks really weird, not a nice preggo belly at all :/ I'm 18 weeks.
