Pregnancy and back pain

How do you deal with back pain during pregnancy? I am having constant low back pain and can't seem to get comfortable to save my life. Are there any stretches I can do to help. So far I have either my husband or 13 year old massaging my back but their arms get tired easily.

I think a chiropractor is a must personally. Also, doing yoga can really help with the pain. You can also use a heating pad on your back. Doing stretches on your hands and knees can help too.

mine is so awful too and I'm only 16 weeks. I have the worst sciatica pain if I sit in one position too long or if I am constantly bending over doing something.

With my last pregnancy my midwife told me to use a heating pad on low. She also said if the pain is bad enough then physical therapy sessions can help. I also suggest doing a yoga move called "cat cows." This is what it looks like:

Thanks ladies.  I am going to try the yoga move.
