You can have two cups of coffee a day, it's fine. I really don't know anything caffeine-free that will help.
I know that Ocean Spray makes one that has natural caffeine in it (from green tea, I think?) that my OBGYN said is a good alternative to energy drinks, but I can't remember what it's called. I think it's like Cran Energy.
When you're pregnant coffe crashes you even harder than when you're not so I wouldn't recommend it, but a cucumber is like a cup of coffee with no crash. Seriously, try eating half or a whole cucumber, you'll be surprised.
