I have zofran for nausea from my previous pregnancy. They expired 8/10/12 I have horrible morning sickness and can't get in to see a doc yet to get more. Do you think it would hurt anything to take them? I'm so sick I can barely function

I honestly dont think it would hurt, may not be as affective..But you should call like the pharmacy or even your doc just to check and make sure..

The expiration date pretty much just means that is the date that the drug manufacturer says they will not 'guarantee' its potency beyond that date. That is what my OB/GYN told me about expiration dates on meds.
