didnt workout before pregnancy

Besides walking what are some other things i can do? Inhad a very seditary life style especially before this baby. Around second trimester os when i tend to pile weight on. What are some workouts. For someone who hasnt worked out since well before my babies. ? ?

I would keep it moderate and simple. Exercising in the water is always great because it's low impact, the exercise bike, taking walks.  Just go with what is in your comfort level.  Also it's great to break your workout up into 2 or three small ones so you don't exert yourself.  Plus, by doing small 15 minute workouts throughout the day helps to keep swelling under control.

Squats are good and swimming is also good. they have videos for pregnant women to follow as well. the one i have is what to expect when you're expecting workout video and it involves a ball.
