I need to know everything about being a first time mother.
pick up pregnancy and parenting books. There's way too much to cover here. Not to mention, your FTM experience at 16 will be a hell of a lot different than mine at 27 and in a stable marriage for 5 years. I hope you have a good support system.

Find a midwife and natural birthing classes.
that's not an easy question to answer. is there something specific that you'd like to know? reading pregnancy and parenting books will definitely help but so will getting input from moms who have been there. still it's hard to juts talk about being a first time mom without writing a whole book about it.
Um go read a book? Ask more specific questions.
why doesn't your mom know?
