Do you have it more when you're laying on yoru side slightly propped up? I got this a lot before I was even pregannt. and it does feel like it's asleep. I get it more now and more pronounce. I think it's from her kicking the crap out of my ribs and t hen they are tingly for a bit. But if you're concerned... call your doctor or mention it at your next appt. I am going to be 27 weeks tomorrow... so we're in the same stage.
I personally think you're laying in a position that's making blood flow through there restricted. You have more pressure in your entire abdomen area. That's what I think mine is, and like I said mine happened before I was pregnant. It's almost like my ribs pinch something that make it happen. But.... call your doctor if you are concerned. That's what they're there for.
