My husband does. The doctor got him these expensive inserts for inside his shoes that really helped. He is supposed to wear this huge boot at night but he never does.

Yes I have it and it sucks . You need better shoe support . I still live in flip flops because its too hot for shoes but if you want relief wear better shoes

I'm very sure I have it, though I haven't seen a doc, either. Inserts help, but it still hurts. There are exercises you can do, as well as ice and trying to not overstrain it.

Yes!! It lasted for 9 long months. Dr gave me some stretching exercises, but mainly said it takes time. It can last up to year. I did just use regular insoles from the store that were made for plantar fasciitis. Good luck i hope it doesn't last as long for you.

Thanks ladies! I just bought some inserts for plantar fasciitis so hopefully that will help a bit. Its so hard for me to walk in the morning.. and I wear croc flats at work because they don't hurt with my swollen feet lol. All of my other shoes have gotten too tight and I'm not willing to drop another $100+ on finding a descent pair of shoes.
