Cramps vs. Braxton Hicks?

I keep getting these occassional tight cramping feelings in my lower abdomen that sometimes even hurt and make it hard to walk or move. They seem like they would be braxton hicks but I'm not sure since this is my first pregnancy and I'm kinda clueless...I have an OB appointment today but I'm curious beforehand. Are they BHs?

Oh and Im 35 weeks tomorrow with A LOT of baby movement.

Yes they are Braxton Hicks. Its like you feel your stomach tighting up and some pressure and it does feel uncomfortable at times. Just drink some water and Lay down if you can. I normally have them atleast 5 times a day. As long as there not in a pattern like form and very painful then everything is fine. But just talk with your doc and he/she will feel you in more.

If they feel like menstrual cramps and are causing pain, then they are not Braxton Hicks. You are having contractions, which isn't surprising considering you're 35 weeks. If they aren't consistent, your OB will most likely just have you watch them.
