Pregnancy carpal tunnel?

Any one else experience this?  I've had it with all 3 of my pregnancies and it seems to get worse with each.  Any tips on 'fixing' it or how to deal with it or make it better?  I've asked my dr. but all he did was give me wrist braces and they don't always work.

I worked at a desk at the phone company for 15 years before I got pregnant. I never had carpal tunnel until I got pregnant. The weird thing was, as soon as I gave birth I didn't have it anymore. While I was pregnant, sometimes my wrists and forearm would go numb. I would use the wrist braces, they did help. The only thing that actually fixes carpal tunnel is surgery and I didn't want to go there. You can also try ice packs or heating pads.
