Hey so I am about 19 weeks preggo. Pre pregnancy I could drink about a 12 pack of coke a day. since getting preggo i have severely cut down on my caffiene intake. Sometimes going a week or two with no caffiene at all. Today I decided to have 20oz coke with dinner. Now I am extremely nauseated, jittery and just feeling awful. I am pretty sure its the caffiene. Any tips or tricks to get rid of these side effects instead of jus waiting hours for them to go away

This happened to me a few weeks ago and I drank water, ate some carbs, and then just had to wait it out. My heart was racing a mile a minute and when I told my doctor about it, he just chuckled and told me I was fine and that it was perfectly normal.
