What kind of regular pain meds can we take while pregnant? I know Tylenol is ok, but is there anything else? I will be 15 weeks on Tuesday.

Just regular aches from doing too much cleaning in one day. I'm not normally like this when not pregnant. I'm hoping that if I just go to sleep I will be better in the morning. Sometimes though I'm worse.

you can take tylenol, ibuprofen(until 20 weeks) and aspirin.

Tylenol. It's the only pain medication available over the counter that isn't a blood thinner that has any solid proof saying it's safe.

Aspirin is a MAJOR no no!

No... Aspirin is a major no-no and you shouldn't take ibuprofen either.

tylenol should be good. for headaches I would also try a nice cool wet wash cloth across your forehead. For muscle aches you can also do a heating pad.

aspirin is a blood thinner...not a good idea.

I don't bother taking tylenol. Not the OTC stuff anyways. It doesn't even try to touch my pain. I usually just take Aleve (2 OTC pills). That has been the extent of my "pain meds" while pregnant. & that was only twice, IF THAT! I'm not one to take meds. Never have been. So when I had a 3 day headache that became a migrain over the course of those 3 days, & NO other alternatives helped (sleeping in a cold, dark room, caffein, etc) I caved & took 2 Aleve liqui-gels & felt better within 2hrs!
