the majority of stuff I got is from resale shops and walmart.
Quoting krusesbaby:With our first we just got a pac and play first-got it from walmart online. because it had a changer and basinet already attached. when she was about 3mo we went online on walmart and got the nursery in a box-came with a crib, changer and matress I think for 100$ good deal. We also got a TON of clothes from the baby shower so i'd wait to shop until after your shower if your having one. You really only need onsies, swaddling blankets, socks and hats. DIAPERS! i'd get pampers swaddlers or target brand. LUVS are awefull! you don't NEED a swing, bouncer, play mat, a bunch of toys or even a bath tub really if you cant afford it. I don't think i'd get a changer even if we didn't already have one, we didn't change our kids enough on it to make it even worth it lol! Diaper bag I like to get at Target. if you are breastfeeding the pockets really don't matter but if your ff then get the ones with the pockets on the inside for the bottles. I have no idea why they even make bottle pockets on the outside! just nonsense IMO lol. I like Sams club and walmart brand wipes because they are thicker and sturdier. If you have a crib i'd invest in the mesh bumper they have at target and not a cloth one because they brethe and are safer. Also if your nursing-the My Breastfriend pillow (delux is about 35$ at target or walmart online) is SO worth it!! Cant think of anything else atm lol
Most of my stuff is coming from Walmart.com.
Most of our stuff is coming from Walmart, or Ebay
Walmart is def cheaper than Target, Kmart, Babys r Us, etc. But if you have any second hand stores like Once Upon a Child, take advantage of them...Check on fb too, there are a lot of groups for moms in different locations looking to buy or sell things. You can get some great deals locally on stuff that costs triple when you buy it in stores
Quoting marissabrookee:Are you not having a baby shower?
I found that some stuff was cheaper at walmart and some target, sears, or jc penney. You can also get a lot of gently used stuff off craigslist. Most of my baby stuff has honestly come as hand me downs.
