It can be or it could just be part of pregnancy. chiropractor, massage, sitting on a birthing ball(circles, figures 8's, side to side, front to back), my chiropractor and massage therapist also show hubby and I things we can do to help, baths, ice packs.
i'm 36 weeks today and i have been having lower back pains for awhile now. i also have it to where my loxer pelvic doesn't wanna stretch and let me get up it hurts so bad i have to sit my butt back down. no way in hell i'd be getting up to walk
