Has anyone heard the old saying if baby say dada first next baby will be a girl and if baby says momma it will be a boy? Just curious if anyone has heard this and how it has worked with your kids
I've got 4 girls and my first 3 said dada first but my youngest said momma first I'm 5 weeks 4 days prego with #5! So I'm looking forward to seeing if this is true lol

Hmm..my first said dada first and we had a girl. My next said mama first (although not her first word) and I have a son now...but I did have 2 miscarriages inbetween so not sure how that works. :-)

Well First DD said dada first, had a girl. Second DD said mama first and we were hoping for a boy if/ when we had a third. So we are in good position for what we want if this is the case.

I've never heard of that. Both of my boys said Dada first because it's easier. This is my third and I'm hoping for a girl so I'm hoping there's a little truth to that!

Nope. The only one of my kiddo's thus far who said DADA first was DD3 and my first 4 kiddo's are all girls, my 5th is a boy.
