Need healthy lunch ideas

 I don't want to get fat by eating out and I used to just make turkey sandwiches for lunches. So... any ideas for quick and easy lunches that don't involve turkey? I'm not saying I won't eat turkey at all my pregnancy, but obviously not every day. I also don't want to heat it up because that just sound disgusting! Also I don't have a lot of prep time.

Salads with protein on them (steak, chicken, fish, etc.), grilled cheese, chicken/tuna salad sandwiches, leftovers, etc.

I often mix and match fruits like apples, bananas, etc.; mozzarella string cheese; hard boiled eggs; applesauce; peanut butter and jelly or just peanut butter sandwiches, or peanut butter with apple slices; lettuce or spinach salads; and grilled chicken cut up and reheated in the microwave.  I eat some less healthy things too, like pastas, but you asked for healthy, so I'll just stop here :)

 Grapes, apples, strawberries, salad, yogurt, string cheese, maybe some vegetables and ranch dip or a dip of your choice
