Already experiencing insomnia. Sleep for 2-4 hours and then up the rest of the night. I'm tired. I want my normal sleeping habits back.

I'm 6 weeks and noticed a terrible sleeping patterned since about 4 weeks. And I work early. Try some sleepy time tea. It's decaf. Sweeten is with some honey. It should help you relax and fall back to sleep. I wake up when my fiancé isn't in bed, he likes to stay up playing video games.

 Pregnancy can be rough!  I found it got a little better as pregnancy progressed.
