I went to L&D and was told fluid was low at a 7 @29 weeks pregnant.  I have to go see a specialist tomorrow and im so scared!  Anyone know anything about low fluid?  Thanks ladies!

I've heard you can increase fluid by staying well hydrated. Not sure, though. Good luck!

I had low fluid at 37 weeks (well, maybe before that, it was just found out at 37 weeks). I was told to rest and drink lots of fluids. I did, and my fluid was up to 8 at the next appointment.

You may not be drinking enough. Try to increase your fluid intake as much as you can

I have been drinking water all evening and so far this morning so I hope it has come up!
