Hot tubs?

Are hot tubs no go while pregnant? Not for an extended amount of time, but I'm doing a pregnancy aerobic class in the morning and I was hoping I could sit in the hot tub for like 5 minutes.

No hut tubs. Gotta keep your core temperature below 100.

Here is good information, a few minutes probably wont hurt but that depends on the temp of the hot tub.

They're fine as long as your core temp doesn't go up too high. A few minutes in one is ok, just don't stay in it for more than a 5-10 minutes.

I only went in my parents hot tub, which was set at pretty much Luke warm. The hot tub at the gym is probably between 104-106, which is way too hot.
