Hi!
Anyone have a special diet?  I am wondering how that's coming along.

Do you avoid anything (like caffeine or fast food)?    Does anything sound unappetizing?     Coffee sometimes does that to me; I can hate it in one pregnancy, love it in another!   lol

I try to eat healthy - lots of veggies & fruits plus drinking as much water as I can.

I have a cup of caffeine every other day, sometimes every day. Whether that's soda, tea or coffee. And I do try and avoid fast food but LOVE chick fil a. And the only thing I haven't craves is a burger because at the beginning of this pregnancy the smell of cooked beef made me sick.

I'm a raw vegan and my pregnancy cravings (each pregnancy) seem to be consistent with the foods I normally eat. There are a few exceptions though, but it's not a biggie, I can make any cooked dish in raw vegan form.

i didn't, but now my son has a dairy issue, so he is totally dairy free, so we are slowly moving in that direction, i only cook with almond milk, but my dd is tall and skinny so i keep her on whole milk (i know there are other ways for the nutrients, but im not ready to switch her yet, and she complains about the taste of the almond milk if i give her it )

I eat gluten free and have for a couple years. No issues so far since all I crave is frozen fruit!

I'm gluten free (celiac) and corn free. I haven't craved anything with gluten in it, so that's good. With my first pregnancy I craved Taco Bell all the time which sucked.
