2nd Trimester Insomnia...or Stress???

I find myself moreso just crashing than actually sleeping...like, right now, I should be asleep!  Either I crash, or I cry myself to sleep because of stress...like, what helps?!shrugging

warm milk, cheries, turkey and maybe some melatonin.  They all have tryptophan and we naturally make melatonin to help us fall asleep.

FYI--the light from the computer and the television mimic the light of the sun, so it wakes us up even more

Warm milk, sleepy time tea, a warm bath, a back rub... I agree that the electronics will not help.
