I am 10 weeks and have had a horrible migraine for 5 days and now my neck is hurting. I've tried Tylenol with no relief. It's there anything I can do that isn't medicine or going to the er?

I always drink something with caffeine.  Hope you feel better!

A cup of caffeine?

Some will say caffeine. For me that was a tiger so I can't do that when I have one. Unless I want to make it worse.

Sometimes a ice pack on the back of my neck or laying down over my eyes helps. In a dark room, as quite and dark as I can get it.

Chiropractor and massage do wonders.

This.  I'm sorry you are suffering.  Migraines suck.
