I'm 26wks pregnant and literally can't poop. Seriously I feel like I'm going to go insane. I have tripled my fiber intake, water intake, stool softener. What else can I do ??

Try an enema..I know it doesn't sound fun but I swear they are not that bad...you can get them at any drug store or walmart for a few bucks and they seriously help

A bottle of prune juice...or some tea made for that.

I can't drink coffee. It gives me severe heartburn when I'm not pregnant. I can only imagine how bad it would be pregnant. Thanks for the suggestion.

Coffee with Tums right after for the impending heartburn. If you are in a ton of discomfort, the temporary heartburn may be the lesser of the 2 evils.

If you don't like coffee, try other sources of caffiene, does help. Just don't overdo it obviously.

Magnesium! I took 400mg for migraines one night and went three times the next day! Perfectly safe for pregnancy! I cut it down to 200 mg a day now I'm regular !
