Dry skin maybe TMI

I am 39+ weeks pregnant and have noticed my chest area has become very dry and flaky (also my stomach but not worried about that). Nothing crazy but if I'm wearing a dark bra I can tell.

Anyway I'm planning on breast feeding and it occurred to me that what I put on my chest might end up in her mouth while she feeds. Is there anything that I can safely use or anything I should make sure I stay away from?

You can moisturize with coconut oil which is perfectly safe to consume.
