When people criticize, understand that it's either from their own insecurities or they aren't open minded enough to see that there isn't one right way :)

SOooo much good advice!!   :-D
The first that comes to mind:     In labor, keep in mind that women have been doing this forever, for centuries, they are even doing it with you at the same time, around the world.    It's intense but still do-able.

I like that because it's grounding, reassuring, helps me to enjoy the process (not just labor, too!)

Do what feels natural. My mom said that and thankfully I had a great delivery.

Stretching was great advice, stretching the opening was the best advice, I had no tears at all.

Can't say its for everybody, but I loved it.
1) Pregnancy is not an excuse to over eat.
2) Profanity doesn't belong in a delivery room.
