What have you found to ease up your nausea? Im 8 weeks today and more nauseous today than any other. In the am before I get out of bed ill have a half peanut butter only sandwich and that helps tremendously! I have also been able to ease it up by chewing cinnamon gum. But today im over exhausted and nauseous ={ any tips and tricks id love to hear and try =}

Only thing that has helped me is Diclegis.

She gave me that for break threw. But I haven't needed it. Only thing that sucks is, you have to get used to how tired it makes you.

Eat whatever doesn't make u sick, try a different prenatal (I took nature made ) . I sucked on lemons and drank lemon water since the thought of eating or drinking made me sick. Try sour candies too. Honestly the lemon burned but it helped a lot

Aww it hasn't really made me tired.. but then again I am in such pain lately that I haven't slept good in months lol.  I was fully awake in Jan and some of Feb but since late Feb have been struggling with sleep :(

I had to take Zofran in my first trimester. Ugh soooo miserable. It helped me tremendously! I am 34 weeks now and still take it occasionally. I prefer the dissolveable tabs. They work within a few minutes! I sucked on sour candies. Keep hydrated! Peppermint gum works wonders for me too. Snack throughout the day. The only things I could eat were hashbrowns, cheese sticks, pretzels, applesauce & saltines for like the first three months lol hang in there momma!
