So Feb 1st we elected to terminate at 14 weeks, after we found out our son had full trisomy 18. Dr said to wait three months. Before trying again. We didn't have sex till after my first cycle. The condom broke and I went to the Dr yesterday to make sure all was well, I am 5 weeks pregnant and terrified of this pregnancy. Dr says my body is healed. He says he thinks everything will be fine. I go back tomorrow for hcg screen again and 2 weeks for another u/s.

Why are you scared? You think you won't be able to carry the baby or that the baby will have the same thing?

Dr will have results Friday or Monday. They only work half day on Fridays. Lab takes 24 hrs.

Quoting lillucky8: Good luck, let us know how it goes tomorrow!

My last pregnancy ended at 19 when my sons heart stopped beating. That was August 2013. I found out in November that I was pregnant again. I'm currently 27 weeks. My best advice is take it one day at a time, and stay positive. Fingers crossed for a healthy pregnancy and baby.

I had a baby in January and I'm pregnant again. It isn't ideal, but many women get pregnant shortly after the end of previous pregnancy. Just try to relax, as hard as that is, and try not to worry.
