I'm sure there have been many post about this but I'm mobile and can't search. I need help with nasuea. I'm 6 weeks and it hit me yesterday. I was hoping this pregnancy would be like my first but it doesn't look like.
I've heard of bracelets and special candies to stop it but I can't find them. Any advice would be great! The normal graham cracks and ginger ale don't help me. I'm already over 1 trimester ;P

Thanks in advance.

UPDATE
I bought Sea Bands today and after 10 mins I felt great!! I feel like eating again and smells aren't bothering me anymore! I love whoever invented them!!!!

Dont let your stomach get empty at all. Eat a little something every 1-2hrs.
Take B-Complex or B6 vitamin daily. This worked wonders for me.

Also try sucking on sour candys. That helps.

You can find sea bands at pretty much any pharmacy. I also saw "mommy bands" at target the other day that were just pink sea bands. Also real ginger helps. I got these things called tummy drops from amazon that were made with real ginger and they helped a lot. When those stopped helping I switched to peppermint life savers. As hard as it may be, try to always keep a little something in your stomach even just crackers or pretzels. Good luck. Hope it passes for you quickly!

They say to have crackers by your bed too and before getting up eat a couple. Sea bands can be found at Walgreens. Those worked wonders for me.

Cold water with lemon, saltines, pickeled ginger (like you get with sushi).

I know it seems impossible to do but eat small things here and there. The less your stomach is empty the better you will feel. I tried everything and wasn't feeling better. Those preggo pops were gross and expensive so I talked to my OB and decided on all natural Ginger lozenges. They work amazingly well for me and make me feel so much better!
