I was 3 cm dilated this past Tuesday my doc stripped membranes and I lost mucus plug. I have had contractions all day off and on some are pretty strong and it has made me nauseous could I be dilated more or should I go to the hospital?

Exciting, I'd start timing them. Then call l&d first.

I'd wait till they got more regular. And time them. If they was getting about 10 min apart I'd get them.

Once they are regularly 10 minutes apart for at least 40-60 minutes, call l&d and tell them. Since they are 40 minutes away, they may tell you to come in.

They have been coming about ten to eleven min apart and now I'm having bad pelvic pain that hurts when I walk. I just hate to go to hospital for hours and then be sent home

Time them.  Typically, they don't want you coming in before your contractions are about 5 minutes apart because before that is just pre-labor.  Were your previous two births fast?

Last two births were fast I went last night contractions were measuring in the fifties but they told me they was going to give meds to stop them. Even though I'm 3cm dilated 65% effaced and 38 weeks preg be 39 Monday.
