I had my daughter four years ago and now im pregnant with #2. Im 39/40 weeks today. My dr moved my due date cause she thought baby was behind. Baby is right on track but my dr never moved my due date back. Anyway I have been really cramps lately are these contractions? They are nothing regular so im guessing BH? Also, anyone else have gas after contraction? Or am I mistaking gas for a contraction? Lol

Sounds like gas and normal cramping.  A contraction is when your uterus gets really hard.  My early labor contractions aren't painful, but my stomach gets hard as a rock and they're timeable.  They become more painful as labor progresses.

For me it felt like a strong dull period cramp with pressure that made my belly super hard. I also had pain in the bottom center of my back every time i contracted.

They will start out sporadic and then get to be time able. Have you lost your mucous plug??? That is usually the first sign... Sometimes!
