I have never breast feed any of my kids.. but thinking about it now with the one on the way.. any ideas

Research it.  Know that the first month or so is pretty awful, but once you push through that, it's pretty smooth sailing.  Nurse on demand (as much as possible for that first month or so - it tells your body to be a super milk machine and you'll be less likely to have supply issues in the long run.  Join the breastfeeding group here on CM and see if there are LLL (La Leche League) meetings in your area and learn as much as you can and ask questions.  You can do it!  =)
