c section moms is this stuff normal?

I delivered a week ago via cesarean. I'm having some problems I never had with my vaginal deliveries and I'm wondering if they are normal. Maybe you can help. The first thing is that I can't feel it when I need to pee. I end up not going for hours. When I do go I have to push to get it out. I'm also still having some numbness in my legs and feet and lots of swelling as well. Is this normal?

I never had any of those symptoms with any of my 3 c sections. I think you need to see a dr ASAP.

No, that doesn't seem normal. You need to call your doctor. Nothing like that ever happened to me.

The dr knows about the numbness. I have to see a physical therapist for that because they think it's possible nerve damage.

Yeah that sounds about right. My scar and lower tummy were numb for about 10 days.

I've had 2 c-sections ( will have a 3rd in Jan) and have never had these issues. You need to call your doctor.

Swelling is normal but not sure about the rest definitely call doctor. For me where my c section scar is I cannot feel that area and never will be able too. And my toes are always cold. They said its because they cut through nerves toget baby out.
