im about 4 weeks just found out and im a new mom so im haven small cramps is that normal

I am 20weeks with my first pregnancy. I have a little bit of cramping to during my first trimester. Totally normal!

I am 19 weeks with my 4th and have cramps off and on with all of them. A lot of it is ligament stretching too

Yes, cramps are normal during the first few weeks.  It is your body adjusting and stretching.  As long as there is no bleeding it is fine.
