Craving Substitutions

I have read in some pregnancy stuff that if you are craving (for example) a milkshake, you should try a yoghurt for a healthier option.  Does that ever work???  It's not the same thing!

Okay, so I have been DYING for a Crispy, Chicken sandwich (like from Wendy's or McDs) with a big bun, lots of mayo, lettuce, and tomato.  My husband, in effort to save his wallet, bought me Tyson chicken patties.  IT'S NOT THE SAME!!!

Argh!

Sorry :(
If I have a craving, I satisfy it.

LOL!  I usually do but then I saw this article about healthier substitutions for cravings and it got me thinking that if you are craving something, why on earth would eating something else make that go away?

A McDonald's chicken sandwhich should be cheaper than numerous patties...

1 mom liked this

Well, yes, but it would go for multiple chicken sandwich cravings and lunches!
