Drinking tea while pregnant?

So I won't get to speak to my midwife until the 12th of Jan, so I thought I'd ask around here since my Google search came up a bit empty.
I really love tea but at one point I had heard it was bad to drink during pregnancy. I have camomile tea and cinnamon tea, are these okay to drink? They say they are supposed to be caffeine free because I know caffeine is one thing one should avoid while pregnant. So, is it safe to drink? Also, what about iced tea? I wasn't drinking tea in my first pregnancy so this wasn't an issue for me.

Herbal tea should be ok. I've also heard some doctors say that caffeine can be okay in small amounts, in fact I use it as a replacement for my asthma inhalers as to not take those harsh chemicals and steroids.

Some herbal tea is not OK. However I have some tea specifically for morning sickness during pregnancy that my doctor approved and it has camomile in it, so that should be fine.
