5 Safe Ways to Treat Colds & Flu When You're Pregnant

  4 of 5

#4 Sleep.

This might seem obvious, but believe me when I tell you there is nothing -- NOTHING -- like a good night's sleep to cure what ails you when you're pregnant. In fact, a good 48 hours of sleep is often more like it. If your nose is all stuffy, try sleeping propped up on a couple of pillows. Do not disturb!!

How much extra sleep do you get when you're sick?

I try to get as much sleep as possible.  Sometimes feeling sick though, it is hard to fall asleep.
