Music in utero

Hi There!

When my sister in law was pregnant she had headphones she would put on her stomach every night that played music to help the baby's developement...

Sadly she does not remeber the name of the device but it was music/headphones specific for your growing baby- that she put on her stomach.

Can anyone recommend something? I would like to get something....

:) Thanks!

There are belly buds, but, with my first, I just put regular head phones on my belly.

I have a CD of flute music that I used with all my kids (after they were born).  I just read today that music played in utero can soothe baby once he is born.  I might just break out the flute music this pregnancy so the baby can listen while I watch TV!

I've never done this before, but I bet there would be something at Babies R Us.

Flute music sounds soothing! I wish my sister in law remembered the name of the set she had :(

ahhh well I'm sure regular music will work.

thanks

I recently bought sound beginnings. Its a band with speakers built in that you can plug an ipod or player into.  no adhesive to deal with.
